She’s growing up too fast!
This morning, Princess Charlotte, the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, started her first day of nursery school.
Her first day of school was quite different from her brother, Prince George’s, in September.
Sadly, when the 4-year-old prince started at Thomas’s Battersea last year, his mother, Duchess Catherine, was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum related to her third pregnancy. The extreme sickness involves nausea and vomiting and kept the heartbroken mother from seeing her son off to his first day of school.
She was very happy to be able to join Charlotte on her big day, evidenced by the fact that the proud mum couldn’t stop taking pictures of her little princess as she walked down the steps carrying her new ballerina backpack.
Kate is an avid photographer and was given a lifetime honorary membership to the Royal Photographic Society, which recognized her “talent and enthusiasm.” When Princess Charlotte was born, the duchess even chose to take her official portraits herself

Charlotte will be attending Willcocks Nursery School, a prestigious nursery school in London. From the looks of her mom’s photos, this princess is excited and ready to learn!
We wish her the best as she begins this new adventure!
